We are looking for sponsors for Startupalooza. Startupalooza is a not-for-profit event organized by Legion of Tech, an Oregon nonprofit organization comprised entirely of unpaid volunteers dedicated to creating fun and educational events for the local tech community. 100% of sponsor dollars go toward venue, refreshments, and other costs of putting on the events.
What are your sponsorship packages? We don’t have any. Each sponsor can contribute as much as they feel comfortable with. Most of our sponsorships fall somewhere between $250 and $500. All contributions are greatly appreciated, however, we do ask that sponsors contribute not less than $250 out of fairness to our larger sponsors, as all sponsors get equal signage and exposure. If you really want to help but $250 is simply out of your budget, drop us a line and we can talk. You can see a list of all our sponsors and the amounts donated on our wiki. Pretty much everything we do is open to the public.
What do I get for my sponsorship? We love our sponsors and do our best to promote them throughout the event as well on on our website. Sponsor logos are projected on the screen during the event. All sponsors are given a chance to address the audience from the stage.
Can sponsors give away promotional items or product samples during the event? In most cases, yes. We’ll have a table set up to display sponsors’ printed materials. Feel free to give away branded t-shits, cups and other schwag during the event.

How do I sponsor? Please contact Todd Kenefsky and let him know much much you would like to sponsor. He’ll let you know how to send your sponsorship and take care of any other details or questions for you. We’ll also need a large high-resolution logo to display on our site and at the event.
